Do you ever get discouraged when you notice change isn’t coming to your body as fast as you want? Is trying to fit hours of work in the gym into your busy life not inspire motivation?

This was my reality.

My passion for fitness didn’t begin until I was in my early 30s. While I have always been interested in working out, my problem was that I never was consistent in my training–leading to me quitting whenever I didn’t notice fast results. That all changed when I decided to enter my first fitness competition. I began to reshape my life, focusing on refining my lifestyle and not just adhering to a diet. I took my health into my own hands, and now am in the best shape of my life. Whether you are in your 20s or your 50s, I believe achieving your best body is attainable.

I have the pleasure of doing what I love as a career. I am a world known fitness competitor, model,actress, and writer. My passion however, lies in helping others be healthy and happy within their own life. I have been a certified trainer for over 5 years, and have trained several women to their best body yet. The goal of any fitness journey is to gain balance, confidence, and realistic results in the skin you are in–I am blessed to teach that to clients all over the world.

You can’t just decide to be healthy—it unfortunately does not work that way. It is a decision that you have to continue to make, each and every day. Whatever your motivation may be for making a change for the better, you must keep it at the forefront of your continued commitment to health and wellness.
